2、 Product Features

Adopting a 1.3-inch OLED large screen LCD with no viewing angle limitation, high brightness, energy saving and environmental protection, real-time display of valve opening and external control commands, automatically entering sleep mode after about 5 minutes, and prompting position status and control commands during sleep.

△ Create interactive two-step valve mode without opening the lid:

Step 1: Use the button to control the valve to be in the "counterclockwise fully open position" and save it;

Step 2: Use the button to control the valve to be in the "clockwise fully closed position" and save it; Easily complete valve adjustment. Thoroughly solve the tedious and inconvenient adjustment of mechanical positioning switch valve position.

Adopting a 16 bit high-performance CPU, a 12 bit high-precision AD conversion chip, and a built-in unique algorithm to completely eliminate hysteresis, the valve achieves precise opening and closing, especially suitable for three-way valves.

Adopting non-contact positioning, modular design of the control unit, and encapsulation treatment ensures the reliable operation of components, greatly improving the service life of the product; The interface adopts standard connectors, which are easy to install, debug, and replace.

Real time fault menu prompt (including faults caused by actuator jamming or other reasons resulting in actuator switch not being in place), and can output fault alarm signals.

△ Valve control commands can be exchanged through the menu.

△ Remote control and on-site control can be automatically switched through the menu, and valve opening and closing can be achieved through buttons.

△ Through the menu, the valve closing position can be shifted towards the opening or closing direction, greatly reducing the complexity and inconvenience of on-site adjustment caused by "ordinary switch type mechanical positioning".

The opening and closing speed of the valve can be adjusted in real-time through the menu.

4、 List of Control Methods

BD3J Control Instructions

SW is disconnected, and the electric actuator will rotate clockwise. When it is in place, 5 and 6 will be connected, giving a signal to close the valve in place.

SW is closed, and the electric actuator will rotate counterclockwise. When it is in place, 5 and 4 will be connected, giving a signal to open the valve in place.

Note 1: During the operation of the actuator, both 5 and 4 are in a disconnected state.

Note 2: After the system is powered off, the feedback signal disappears, and both 5 and 4 are in a disconnected state.

B3J Control Instructions

Switch the SW to 2, and the electric actuator will rotate clockwise. Once in place, connect 5 and 6, and provide a signal to close the valve in place.

Switch SW to 1, and the electric actuator will rotate counterclockwise. Once in place, connect 5 and 4 to provide a valve opening signal.

Note 1: During the operation of the actuator, both 5 and 4 are in a disconnected state.

Note 2: After the system is powered off, the feedback signal disappears, and both 5 and 4 are in a disconnected state.
